Chelsea beat a depleted Crystal Palace side 3-0 at Selhurst Park to give Hiddink his first three points of his second term as Chelsea boss.

Sitting just three points above the relegation zone, the Blues knew a win would be crucial to boost their slim chances of reaching the top four and securing European football next term.

Palace came out the gates strongly and on the attack however Chelsea held off their fellow Londoners as Diego Costa peeled away from Delaney and picked out Oscar who tapped into the empty net.

Willian added a stunning second with a thunderbolt which flew into the top corner of the Palace goal. The Brazilian turned provider as his shot was parried away by Wayne Hennessey straight into the path of Diego Costa who tucked it away.
