Chelsea youngster Todd Kane has admitted that he is ready to give back to Chelsea Football Club.

The defender gave a huge hint to his parent club on Twitter last night following Chelsea’s 2-2 draw at home to West Brom.

Following a comment on Guus Hiddink where stated he wanted to give youth a chance after he was impressed with Kenedy’s performance, Kane replied with this, using the hashtag ‘imready’.

Kane is currently on loan in the Eredivisie at NEC Nijmegen and has made 15 appearances for the Dutch side, after signing a new three-year contract with Chelsea in August 2015.

The 22-year-old has been at the club since joining the U8’s but has yet to make a competitive appearance for the Chelsea first team. Kane was part of the 2011-12 youth side that won the FA Youth Cup.

Kane was also a backup substitute in the historic 2012 Champions League final in Munich. Over the years, Kane has been sent out on loan at the likes of Preston, Blackburn Rovers, Bristol City and Nottingham Forest, will next year be his year?
