Guus Hiddink spoke to the media in his pre-match press conference as he prepares his Chelsea squad to face Watford on Wednesday night.

It’s the Dutchman’s first press conference since the 5-1 mauling of Championship MK Dons on Sunday afternoon and a lot has happened since.

John Terry announced that he will not be receiving a new contract come the end of the season and Manchester City confirmed Pep Guardiola as their new manager.

The manager admitted that new signing, Alexandre Pato is still a bit behind on his fitness.

Following Terry’s revelation about his contract, it seems that Hiddink himself was leaving the door open for the Chelsea skipper.

The interim manager was full of praise for the former England captain.

Hiddink also revealed that French striker, Loic Remy is very much part of his plans, despite being linked with a move to Leicester on deadline day.

As expected, attention turned to a certain Spaniard.

Guus looked ahead to Wednesday’s game.

Hiddink revealed that Willian did not train yesterday.
