Chelsea are thought to be monitoring AS Roma midfielder and Belgian international Radja Nianggolan.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the midfielder is a possible transfer target if Antonio Conte takes over from Guus Hiddink in the summer.
The Italian manager has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and is thought to be one of the main contenders.
Nianggolan has attracted interest from several teams across Europe in recent seasons and the report suggests that Chelsea will try to open negotiations with the midfielder.
Liverpool and Manchester United have also been linked with a move for the player in the past.
The Belgian is a full international and has made 17 caps for his national side. He has been at Roma since 2014 after joining on loan from Caligari but has since joined permanently. The midfielder was also named among the 2014-15 Serie A Team of the Year.
