Chelsea set to bid for Serie A star
Chelsea are looking to sign Roma star Miralem Pjanic in the summer after discovering that he has a buy-out clause of around £31millon.
According to Matt Hughes of The Times, Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia has already spoken to Pjanic’s representatives about the possibility of the move and found out about the buy-out clause.
The 25-year-old midfielder has apparently been identified by Antonio Conte, the man expected to take over as permanent Chelsea boss in the summer and the Blues could easily afford to match his buy-out clause

Pjanic is a regular starter for Bosnia-Herzegovina and is widely known for his set-piece prowess, so if he does arrive, Chelsea will have two of the best free-kick takers in Europe as Willian is right up there in terms of set-pieces too.
According to Hughes, Pjanic would want around £60,000-a-week from Chelsea, a figure that is well within their budget.
