Chelsea return to EFL Cup action on Wednesday evening to face West Ham, following three consecutive league victories, including Sunday afternoon’s 4-0 win over Manchester United.
The Blues travel to the London Stadium for the first time since the Hammer’s moved from the Boleyn Ground but will face off for the second time this season.
The pair met on the opening weekend of this season’s Premier League, with Diego Costa grabbing a late winner in a 2-1 victory for Chelsea.
West Ham have made a stuttering start to the 2016/17 campaign and will be looking for revenge on Wednesday evening.
The Blues’ run to the fourth round of the EFL Cup has consisted of a 3-2 win at home to Bristol Rovers, before a 4-2 victory away to Leicester City.
Antonio Conte has used the competition to rotate his squad this season and looks likely to do the same once again against West Ham on Wednesday.
Here’s who we think will line-up for the Blues.
GK - Asmir Begovic
Begovic is yet to feature for Conte in the Premier League this season, but despite looking a little suspect in the third round against Leicester, the Bosnian could regain the starting spot on Wednesday night.
RB - Ola Aina
Aina’s first-team opportunities have been limited since Conte switched to a 3-4-3 formation, but the Chelsea boss could return to a four-at-the-back system on Wednesday night and give the youngster a chance to impress.
CB - Gary Cahill
Despite a relatively mistake-ridden start to the season, Conte’s faith in Cahill has paid off in the last three games.
The 30-year-old captained the side and scored in the win over United, and he scored in the last round against Leicester. Can he grab another against West Ham?
CB - John Terry
The Chelsea skipper wasn’t needed in the win against United despite being fully fit, so Wednesday evening could be the perfect opportunity to bring Terry back into the starting line-up.
LB - Marcos Alonso
Cesar Azpilicueta has featured heavily for Conte this season so could be rested on Wednesday evening, meaning Alonso would shift from a left-wing-back to left-back.
CDM - N'Golo Kante
Kante is another who would definitely deserve a rest should Conte give him one, however, I think he’ll start to provide cover alongside this man..
CDM - Nathaniel Chalobah
Chalobah forced his way into Conte’s match day squad on a regular basis this season and has impressed each time he’s taken to the field. I think he’ll start from the off against West Ham.
RW - Willian
Willian was not risked from the start against United after returning from compassionate leave, so will be fresh to start against West Ham.
CAM - Oscar
There is a lot of competition for this spot in Chelsea’s squad, and Oscar, Cesc Fabregas and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will all be vying for a starting spot on Wednesday and will be eager to impress. I think Chalobah’s inclusion from the start will mean Oscar or Cesc will start.
LW - Eden Hazard
Hazard has been in fine form this season, and turned in another brilliant performance against United.
ST - Michy Batshuayi
Batshuayi is another who has had limited opportunity to impress this season, due to Costa’s imperious form, but the Belgian certainly looks like he can find the back of the net and will be hoping to do so against West Ham.
