Chelsea temporarily extended their lead at the top of the Premier League table to 13 points on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues now require just 21 points to win the Premier League title in Antonio Conte’s first season in charge of the club.

It was clear to see by their reaction that the club now have one hand on the Premier League.

Chelsea’s away supporters have been in fine voice throughout the season and were quick to remind the players and Conte himself just what is going to happen at the end of the season.

With the international break on the horizon, the Blues’ next fixture is not until 1 April when they welcome Crystal Palace to Stamford Bridge.
