Antonio Conte and Chelsea took a huge step towards the Premier League title on Saturday by beating Stoke 2-1 away from home.

The game was a clear indicator that it will be a matter of when and not if Chelsea go on to lift the Premier League trophy.

The Blues now only need 21 points to have their name written on the trophy for the second time in three seasons.

Should Conte and his staff go on to lift the trophy, as they’re expected to do, the Italian head coach will have exceeded all expectations set for him when he arrived in the summer.

There have been moments in the season that when all is said and done, Conte and his staff will look back on as ‘season defining’ moments.
