Marco Van Ginkel has re-joined Dutch side PSV on a season-long loan the club have confirmed.

The two teams have agreed on terms of what was a much-anticipated move.

The Dutch side have confirmed that the player will now aim to re-join his team-mates for their pre-season training camp in Switzerland.

Previous reports have suggested that the deal could include an option to buy the midfielder at the end of the season, while Chelsea could also include a buy-back option in the deal, as they have done in a number of transfers this summer according to reports.

Van Ginkel spent the second half of last season at the Dutch club as he rekindled some of his best form. The Dutch international will want to be playing regular first-team football with the World Cup on the horizon this summer.
