Despite already spending £130 million on four players, Chelsea are set to back manager Antonio Conte even more by giving him another £250million to spend on another quartet, as per John Percy of The Telegraph.
According to Percy, the Chelsea boss has his eyes on Alex Sandro, Antonio Candreva, Fernando Llorente and Virgil van Dijk.
Sandro has been a reported target for a long time but as it stands, the Blues have been unable to come to an agreement with Juventus, however, they remain confident of being able to get him for around £60m.

Candreva is being linked with a move from Inter Milan and Conte is apparently keen to bring him in to give his side even more options in wide areas.
Llorente was a January target for Chelsea but Swansea were unwilling to let him leave as they needed him for their relegation fight. It looks like they will go back in for him this summer.
Finally, Van Dijk reportedly has his heart set on a move to Liverpool but Chelsea are keeping an eye on his situation and they could look to swoop in if they are given an indication that a deal is possible.
