Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been named on the 30-man shortlist for this year’s Ballon d’Or.

The Belgian international has enjoyed a hugely successful year with the Blues, and has impressed on the international stage with his country as well.
Hazard has been in good form for Chelsea in the opening stages of the 2017/18 campaign, too. He has flourished since the arrival of Antonio Conte as manager, and will be keen to maintain this impressive run of form.
The former Lille man joins some of the best talents in the world on the shortlist as the best player of 2017 is selected.
Hazard is undoubtedly up there with the best players in the Premier League, and will be hoping to see himself placed amongst the best in the continent when the Ballon d’Or shortlist is narrowed down later on.
