Antonio Conte says summer signing Danny Drinkwater is recovering well from his injury.
Speaking to the media ahead of Saturday’s game against Watford at Stamford Bridge, Conte confirmed that Drinkwater remains sidelined but has recently returned to training.

Drinkwater is yet to feature for Chelsea since signing from Leicester City on transfer deadline day.
The English midfielder will be a welcomed return when he does reach full fitness, with Chelsea currently struggling for numbers in midfield.
Despite being signed to add depth to the midfield, Drinkwater will be keen to make an impression when he does get his chance.
Conte was forced to name David Luiz in midfield against Roma during the week, something he has been reluctant to do in the past, regardless of the impressive performance from the Brazilian.
Luiz was also substituted against Roma after he himself appeared to pick up an injury, despite being desperate to continue.
N’Golo Kante is also sidelined while Tiemoue Bakayoko is also believed to have picked up a knock during the week and will face a late fitness test before the meeting against Watford.
