Former Chelsea striker Chris Sutton thinks that on-loan midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek is better than Cesc Fabregas.
Loftus-Cheek hasn’t set the world alight this season but he still earned a call-up to the England squad, where he impressed highly in his debut vs Germany on Friday night and since then, he’s been the talk of the town.
Fabregas or Loftus-Cheek?
Who would you rather have in your team? 🤔

When asked if he is better than Fabregas, Sutton said yes, which may only be applicable next season or the season after.
Fabregas is still at the top of his game, and when playing in a three in midfield this season, his class has shown, with many of the goals being created from him but he is ageing, so Loftus-Cheek could become better than Fabregas very soon.
Loftus-Cheek is currently on loan at struggling Crystal Palace but if he continues the form he showed for England then he could easily earn a first-team place at Chelsea but he will face competition from Fabregas, N’Golo Kante, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Danny Drinkwater.
