Juventus boss Massimo Allegri heads the shortlist of potential replacements for Antonio Conte this summer.
Reports from the Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport report that Allegri is wanted by Chelsea after he was originally linked with the job before his fellow countryman took charge at Stamford Bridge.
Juventus are desperate to keep hold of Allegri, who is under contract in Turin until 2020.
It was Allegri who replaced Conte at Juventus when he left for the Italian national team.
The former Milan boss and enjoyed great success at Juventus, winning three consecutive Serie A titles.
Allegri has also lifted three consecutive Coppa Italia trophies and guided Juventus to two Champions League finals.
Conte has been widely expected to leave Chelsea at the end of the season, with a return to Italy or move to Paris Saint-Germain being rumoured.
Tensions are believed to be high between Conte and the Chelsea board and it’s yet to be seen how much longer the Italian will be in charge at Stamford Bridge.
