Contracted to the Hamburg club until 2019, Arp is said to be happy at his current club but if an offer came in to leave for a top Premier League club, you imagine it would be hard to turn down.
Everton, Arsenal and Manchester City have also been linked with a move for Arp, who has established a reputation of being one of Europe’s best young strikers.
