AC Milan have reportedly joined the race to sign Alvaro Morata from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
A number of clubs have been linked with a move for the Spain international ahead of the upcoming window and it seems Milan are the latest side to express an interest in the forward.
It has been a season of mixed fortunes for Morata at Stamford Bridge. After a bright start in the Premier League, a combination of poor form and injury woes have hindered his progress and it seems an early exit from the club is not out of the question.
According to claims from Tuttosport, as cited by Calciomercato, Serie A giants Milan will aim to recruit the former Real Madrid striker after they missed out on his signature last summer.
However, it seems they will not be alone in their interest. Juventus are named as the leading party in the race to land Morata in the summer transfer window.
