# Guardiola wants London move after Bayern

Pep Guardiola wants a move to London should he fail to agree on a new deal with Bayern Munich according to the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3286420/Pep-Guardiola-keen-manage-Premier-League-team-London-fails-agree-new-deal-Bayern-Munich.html).

Guardiola’s contract in Germany expires at the end of the season and it is unclear whether or not he will remain at Bayern. As a result of his spectacular CV, he has been continuously linked with a move to the Premier League.

The Manchester City hierarchy are believed to see Guardiola as the ideal replacement for Manuel Pellegrini, but the report suggests that London is the manager’s preference.

Whilst Roman Abramovich has vowed to support and stand by Jose Mourinho, contrasting [reports](https://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/oct/21/chelsea-pep-guardiola-jose-mourinho-football-transfer-rumour-mill) have emerged that state Guardiola could replace Mourinho at Stamford Bridge if Chelsea’s poor form should continue.

The possibility of Mourinho being sacked is not something that the club and the fans are looking for as the club are demanding stability.

Arsenal are also thought to be considering Guardiola with Arsene Wenger’s contract expiring at the end of next season.
