# Terry targets run of form following win

John Terry says he and Chelsea are targeting a run of form and consistency following their 1-0 win over Norwich.

Speaking to the club’s [official website](https://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/11/terry--relief-and-delight.html), Terry admits the level of performances over recent weeks have been there, but they have just failed to secure the right result that their performances deserved.

Terry said:

> We’re delighted to win, relieved as well. Picking up three points has been a really good feeling. Good performance to top it off as well. Hopefully we can put ourselves on a good run of games now and climb up this table.

The Premier League champions moved up to 15th in the league following their victory at Stamford Bridge yesterday. Diego Costa scored the only goal of the game after a bit of quick thinking from Cesc Fabregas.

The Spaniard took a free-kick quickly, with the Norwich defence unorganised, Costa slotted calmly past John Ruddy.

The Blues must now use this result as a stepping stone, with a number of big games approaching. Chelsea travel to Maccabi Tel-Aviv in the Champions League before facing London rivals, Tottenham in the Premier League next Sunday.

> Hopefully we can put ourselves on a good run of games now and climb up this table. We can build on this now and hopefully get another win on Tuesday.

Terry went on to add:

> Anyone who has been to the games and watched the last five, six games has seen the performances have been there. (Against Norwich was) very much the same. Creating chances, shots on goal, crosses into the box. It could’ve been four or five. It wasn’t. We’ll certainly take the 1-0 and we have something to build upon now.
