# Mourinho calm about qualification

Jose Mourinho addressed the press today before his Chelsea squad take on Maccabi Tel-Aviv tomorrow night in Israel.

The Chelsea boss will be feeling positive heading into the game as the Premier League champions go into the game off the back of a 1-0 victory at home to Norwich on Saturday.

The win has moved Chelsea up to 15th in the Premier League and they will be hoping to bring a similar level of performance to the game on Tuesday. The last time these two sides met, Chelsea eased past the Israeli side 4-0.

On the night, Willian, Oscar, Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas were all on the scoresheet. Diego Costa also scored his third league goal of the season this weekend against Norwich.

Mourinho was adamant that Chelsea’s fate is very much in their own hands.

He went on to add that he does not have any security concerns and even revealed a player has flown out, despite his partner expecting a baby!

Attention turned to tomorrow’s opponents.

Mourinho said his players must not underestimate Maccabi as a team and looks back to last season’s game against Maribor as an example.

Jose says his attention is on this game completely and he won’t think about the Derby at the weekend until after this game.
