The Senegalese star has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge all summer and it looks like Antonio Conte has decided to make a massive offer in an attempt to get a deal done.

During the 2015-16 season, the defender made a total of 42 appearances for Napoli in all competitions, impressing along the way. His versatility and strong performances have caught the eye of Chelsea and other European [sides](https://www.football-italia.net/83524/agent-%E2%80%98bayern-want-koulibaly%E2%80%99) alike.

The Napoli star is comfortable playing across the defence and can also feature in a more defensive midfield role. This versatility could come in handy as Conte looks to re-shape the Blues’ defence.

Everton are also said to be interested in the player but it looks like it is Chelsea who have made the first move to get a deal done by making a huge offer
