# Chelsea looking to involve Abraham next season

Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte is reportedly keen to bring Tammy Abraham back into his squad for the 2017/18 campaign.

According to a report last night from [The Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/chelsea-ready-ditch-michy-batshuayi-9936928), the Blues boss is looking to allow Abraham more involvement with the senior team next season after his incredible form with Bristol City in the Championship so far in the ongoing campaign.

The report claims that Conte could be set to move £33 million summer signing Michy Batshuayi on after he has failed to impress in his maiden season in English football, to pave the way for Abraham to break into the side as a backup to Diego Costa next season.

The 19-year-old striker has been a key player for Bristol City this season, playing an impressive total of 38 games in all competitions already this season, contributing with a massive 21 goals and two assists.

Abraham, for now will look to continue his goalscoring form for the remainder of the season with the Robins.
