# Antonio Conte eyes double signing from Monaco this summer

Despite the relative successes of Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso as Chelsea’s wing-backs this season, Antonio Conte looks like he wants an upgrade on both this summer and  according to a report from Kieran Gill and Matt Barlow of the [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4271032/Michy-Batshuayi-set-leave-Chelsea.html), he has his eyes set on Monaco duo Djibril Sidibe and Thomas Lemar.

Monaco have been one of Europe’s surprise packages this season and currently sit top of Ligue 1 and still have a change to progress into the quarter-final of the Champions League, despite trailing Manchester City 5-3 after a thrilling first leg.

Duo their form this season, suitors from across Europe seem to be focusing on Monaco’s stars and Chelsea seem to be no different.

Sidibe has been Monaco’s starting right-back this season whilst Lemar is their first-choice left-winger but Conte seems to think that both could adapt to playing as wing-backs.

The pair, if Chelsea do want them, won’t come cheap so Conte will have to be prepared to spend a fair chunk of his budget on them if he decides to make a move to sign them.
