# Chelsea’s FA Youth Cup winners: What happens 10 years on

Chelsea’s academy found themselves in the headlines again recently when they were crowned FA Youth Cup champions for the fourth consecutive season.

The Blues eased past Manchester City at Stamford Bridge, winning 5-1 on the night and 6-2 on aggregate.

In the second leg of the final, goals came from Trevoh Chalobah, Ike Ugbo, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Dujon Sterling and second-half substitute Cole Dasilva were enough for Jody Morris’ men to be crowned champions and lift the trophy as the Blues continue to dominate football at this level.

Much has been made about Chelsea’s youth policy over the years and the challenges that these young players face in the next stages of their careers.

We used Football Manager to simulate how each of them managed ten years down the line and where their career paths took them following their time with Chelsea and if any of them remain with the Blues in the 2026-27 season.
