# Predicted XI: West Brom (A)

Chelsea are on the verge of winning their fifth Premier League title as Antonio Conte’s debut season at the club looks to end on an extremely high note.

Thanks to West Ham doing a number on their rivals Tottenham last time out, Chelsea were handed the opportunity to secure the league before Spurs even played another game – if they beat Middlesbrough and West Brom.

The Blues saw off Boro at Stamford Bridge on Monday night and now travel to the Hawthorns to face the Baggies to get the job done.

Who will be lining up for Chelsea tonight? Here is our predicted XI.
