Italian side Inter Milan have set their sights on a loan move for Kurt Zouma this summer, according to the Telegraph.
Zouma has fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge and could benefit from regular first-team football next season.
After recovering from his long-term knee injury Zouma has struggled to pick up minutes under Antonio Conte and appears unorthodox in the Italian’s 3-4-3 system.
Chelsea recalled Nathan Ake from his loan spell with Bournemouth during the January window this season and also have Andreas Christensen returning to the club this summer.
Zouma faces the prospect of starting the season as Chelsea’s sixth choice central defender and with the World Cup on the horizon, he will be searching for regular first-team football.
The Serie A outfit have recently been linked with a move for Conte himself but appear to have given up on their pursuit, with it looking increasingly likely that the former Juventus man will put pen to paper on a new deal at Chelsea soon.
