# Belotti on Chelsea striker shortlist

Torino striker Andrea Belotti is on Chelsea’s striker shortlist this summer, according to [Goal](https://beta.goal.com/en/news/belotti-third-on-chelseas-shortlist-as-man-united-hijack/46ytri1l7u8i1owo33euer9tw).

The report claims that Chelsea will make a move for Belotti if they fail in their bids to sign their top-two targets.

Romelu Lukaku tops their list, with Alvaro Morata the second option. However, Manchester United are also interested in both players and could beat the Blues to them.

Reports last night suggested that United had agreed a world-record £100m deal with Everton for Lukaku, but those reports were rubbished this morning, with Chelsea thought to still be in the race.

However, if the club are unable to pull off a deal for Lukaku or Morata then they will move for Belotti, who is in demand.

The forward scored 28 goals in all competitions for Torino last season and has attracted plenty of interest.

Diego Costa looks set to leave the club to re-join Atletico Madrid, with Antonio Conte searching for a new number nine.
