# Torino want to bring Chalobah back to Serie A

Despite playing in 16 games for Chelsea last season, it doesn’t appear as if Nathaniel Chalobah has done enough to prove his worth to Antonio Conte.

The England U21 international is poised to leave Stamford Bridge this summer and while a permanent transfer is possible, it’s more likely that Chalobah will leave on his seventh loan deal during his professional career.

Watford are believed to be the front-runners for Chalobah’s signature, but there’s fresh interest from overseas in his services as [Torino prepare a move](https://www.insidefutbol.com/2017/07/12/serie-a-outfit-eye-swoop-for-chelseas-nathaniel-chalobah/342937/) for the midfielder.

Chalobah had a very successful loan spell with Napoli a few seasons back and is still held in high regard in Italy and Torino are considering making a loan swoop for the player.

The 22-year-old enjoyed his time in Serie A and with Torino looking for a defensive midfielder, it presents Chalobah with an opportunity to once again play every week and further his development.
