# Chelsea ready to meet Bayern’s terms for Sanches deal

Chelsea are understood to be ready and willing to agree to Bayern Munich’s terms in order to complete a loan deal for talented midfielder Renato Sanches, reports Italian newspaper [Corriere dello Sport](https://www.corrieredellosport.it/news/calcio/calcio-mercato/2017/07/30-28573754/milan_per_renato_sanches_c_e_la_concorrenza_del_chelsea/).

The Blues have been strongly linked with the teenager who made just six Bundesliga starts last season following a £35m move from Liga NOS side Benfica.

Sanches, winner of the European Golden Boy award, is not seen as a key member of the Bayern squad right now and the Bundesliga champions intend to send the Portugal international out on loan, and Chelsea are eager to sign him.

AC Milan also want to sign the 19-year-old central midfielder on loan, but are keen to have an option to make the move permanent next summer. Bayern Munich, however, are not keen on inputting that permanent option.

Antonio Conte is eager to add another midfielder to his squad with Nemanja Matic on the verge of completing his £40m move to Manchester United, who are also interested in signing the Bayern starlet, and a loan move for Sanches makes an excellent stop-gap signing for the 2017/18 season.
