The Belgian international has made three appearances for the Blues so far this season, with all of them coming from the bench. Hazard has been continuing his recovery from a long-term injury, and finally looks set to return to Chelsea’s starting line-up.

The Blues welcome Forest to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening as they look to start their Carabao Cup campaign in positive fashion. Conte is poised to heavily rotate his side as they contest with a hectic fixture schedule in the coming weeks.

Chelsea are likely to give chances to the likes of Charly Musonda and Andreas Christensen, with Conte keeping one eye on his side’s trip to Stoke next weekend.
