# Chelsea interested in Laurent Blanc

Chelsea are interested in a move to make Laurent Blanc their next manager in the summer.

[According to French outfit Le10 Sport,](https://le10sport.com/football/mercato/mercato-chelsea-laurent-blanc-aurait-trois-pistes-chaudes-en-coulisses-368868?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter) Blanc is attracting interest from a number of clubs.

Blanc has been out of management since he left PSG in 2016, but Everton are looking to bring him back to the game this summer.

The report claims that Everton and Lyon are also considering approaching the Frenchman.

Blanc started his managerial career in 2007 with Bordeaux, before stints with the French national team and PSG.

This was after a distinguished playing career, where he was regarded as one of the best defensive players of his generation, excelling in midfield and as a centre-back.

Antonio Conte’s future has been shrouded in mystery throughout the season and he is heavily expected to leave the club in the coming months.

Chelsea are already planning for his departure and Blanc appears to be one of the names on their shortlist.
