# Chelsea and Liverpool linked with Alex Telles

Chelsea, Liverpool and Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are all in the running to sign Porto defender Alex Telles.

According to reports from [Le Parisien](https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/2018/psg-interested-in-porto-left-back-alex-telles/), the three clubs are all keen to sign the Brazilian this summer.

The report claims that the Portuguese side are refusing to sell Telles, who remains a key figure in their side.

PSG’s sporting director Antero Henrique is said to be a huge admirer of the player and is keen on a deal.

Telles is a player that Chelsea have tracked for some time, with interest dating back to Jose Mourinho’s tenure at the club.

The Blues could be in the market for a new left-sided defender, with concerns over the future of Marcos Alonso.

The Spaniard has been a key figure in Chelsea’s side since joining but has struggled whilst playing in a back-four, a tactical change that could be on the cards if Antonio Conte leaves this summer.
