# Dortmund to demand €70 million for Chelsea target Pulisic

Chelsea will need to spend €70 million if they are to sign Borussia Dortmund star Christian Pulisic this summer, according to [Bild](https://www.bild.de/bild-plus/sport/fussball/christian-pulisic/wechsel-alarm-um-bvb-mega-talent-56452534,view=conversionToLogin.bild.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter).

Contract talks have been ongoing between Pulisic and his club for some time now but no resolution has been reached over a contract extension with the Bundesliga giants.

Pulisic is a key player for Lucien Favre’s side and is widely regarded as one of the best young talents in the world right now.

However, it seems Dortmund are faced with a dilemma, with Pulisic having only two years remaining on his current contract at the club.

However, it would take a huge sum of €70 million to convince them to consider selling Pulisic.

Chelsea have been heavily [linked](https://readchelsea.com/2018/06/24/chelsea-consider-swoop-for-borussia-dortmund-star-christian-pulisic/) with a move for Pulisic in recent times but will be reluctant to cough up such a fee for the promising USA international.
