# Aina to miss Nigeria’s upcoming clash with arm injury

Ola Aina has been in impressive form since joining Torino on a loan deal from Chelsea in the summer transfer window.

The promising youngster has been [hailed](https://www.toronews.net/campionato/torino-spal-mazzarri-lancia-ola-aina-mi-ha-stupito/) by the Italian club’s boss Walter Mazzarri for his desire to learn and has seen his hard work repaid, with Nigeria recently calling him up to their squad for an upcoming fixture against Seychelles in the near future.

However, after sustaining an injury in Torino’s recent fixture against SPAL in Serie A, Aina has been forced to withdraw from his country’s national squad for the international break.

The 21-year-old has made one start for his new side and has also made two appearances off the bench, with versatile Chelsea youngster continuing to adjust to life in Italy.

It’s believed that Aina has sustained a muscular arm injury but the extent of the issue is not yet known to Torino’s medical staff, with further examinations set to take place soon.
