# Torino could make €10m January offer for Ola Aina

Torino have been so impressed with defender Ola Aina they could launch a €10 million offer to sign him permanently in January.

[According to reports from Tuttosport, as cited on Calciomercato,](https://www.calciomercato.com/news/torino-idea-riscatto-anticipato-per-un-terzino-13584) Walter Mazzarri’s side have been taken back by the Nigerian international and the way he has adapted to life in Italy.

Aina joined Torino in the summer on a season-long loan after hearing good things from close friend and ex-Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah, who himself spent a season on loan at Napoli.

As part of the deal to take Aina to Italy, Torino were given the option to buy the player permanently for €10 million.

The energetic wing-back has impressed during the first half of the season and has clearly done enough to convince the Italian outfit.

It is yet to be seen if the player has a future at Stamford Bridge and the lure of regular first-team football could be too good to turn down for Aina.
