# Cascarino tells Chelsea to sign Arnautovic in January

Ex-Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino has told the club to consider a move for West Ham forward Marko Arnautovic.

[Speaking to talkSPORT,](https://talksport.com/football/464243/chelsea-transfer-news-west-ham-arnautovic-perfect-cascarino/) Cascarino encouraged his former side to raid the Hammers when the January window opens.

Chelsea are looking increasingly likely to sign a striker in the new year and have been linked with big-money moves to sign Callum Wilson.

Arnautovic has been linked with moves away from West Ham, but rumours surrounding his future have cooled in recent weeks.

The Austrian was supposedly a target for Manchester United during Jose Mourinho’s time at the club, while there was also believed to be interested clubs in Italy.

The 29-year-old has scored five times in the Premier League this season and registered a further two assists.

Alvaro Morata continues to struggle in front of goal at Stamford Bridge, meaning Eden Hazard is being forced to take the mantle as a central striker until a replacement can be signed.
