# Kostas Manolas has offers to join Chelsea or United

Kostas Manolas, a player perennially linked with moves to the Premier League, reportedly has offers to join either Chelsea or Manchester United this summer.

[According to reports in Italy from Leggo,](https://www.leggo.it/pay/roma_pay/francesco_balzani_roma_il_senato_vota_conte_la_politica_dello_spogliatoio-4460372.html)Chelsea, United and even Juventus could all offer him a route out of Rome this summer.

However, it is claimed that Roma’s pursuit of former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte could be a decisive factor in deciding Manolas’ future.

Should the former Blues head coach take the job in Rome, Manolas is expected to reject a move away and sign a new deal with the Giallorossi.

Manolas has a release clause of €36 million and should he sign a new deal with the club, you can expect the Italian club will be eager to remove such a clause.

The Greek defender has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for some time, especially during Conte’s time in London, but no deal ever materialised.
