Chelsea 1-0 Manchester United: Four Findings

Chelsea wrapped up a poor season by lifting the FA Cup at Wembley this evening.

A lone penalty from Eden Hazard handed the trophy to Chelsea, after the Belgian was brought down in the box by Phil Jones.

Chelsea were notably poor in the second half, however, poor finishing from Man United and stops from Thibaut Courtois held Chelsea’s one-goal advantage.

The FA Cup triumph will be somewhat overshadowed however by the fact many expect Antonio Conte to leave the club, despite the cup victory.

The Italian has been rumoured to be departing Stamford Bridge for some time, and could finally leave now that Chelsea’s season is over.

Massimo Allegri is the reported favourite to take over from Conte, after leading Juventus to the league title in Italy yet again.

Here are four findings we made from Chelsea’s FA Cup triumph at Wembley, the eighth time that the blues have lifted the famous trophy.
