Three points against BATE on Thursday night would all-but wrap up Group L for Chelsea.
Maurizio Sarri will be keen to get business done and dusted as soon as possible in order to give some youngsters a chance in the group stages.
Chelsea head into the game off the back of an impressive 3-1 win at home to Crystal Palace on Sunday afternoon.
With injuries and rotation to contend with, Sarri has some decisions to make going into the game.
This is the XI we think he might name.
GK - Kepa
The Spaniard has started throughout the Europa League so far and looks set to keep his place, with Sarri unwilling to tinker too much.
RB - Davide Zappacosta
Zappacosta comes into the side and has shown previously he can do a job in the absence of Cesar Azpilicueta.
CB - Gary Cahill
Gary Cahill could get the chance to captain the side for the first time since being named as the club captain under Sarri.
CB - David Luiz
Luiz could come into the game for some Europa League action with Sarri not so impressed with Andreas Christensen’s performance against Derby.
LB - Emerson
Emerson showed plenty of quality on the ball against Derby and could get another chance to impress against BATE.
CM - Cesc Fabregas
Slots into the midfield with Jorginho dropping out of the side.
CM - N'Golo Kante
Kante still looks unsure on his role in this Chelsea side and could be kept in the side for the Europa League game.
CM - Mateo Kovacic
Seems to have momentarily dropped behind Ross Barkley in the pecking order at Chelsea, so he’ll get a run out in Europe.
RW - Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Sarri remains keen to use Ruben Loftus-Cheek, but it looks likely to happen in a wide berth.
He is being used a wide playmaker, with the ability to cut inside from the left. The experiment could continue on Thursday night.
LW - Pedro
The Spaniard deserves a start after his goal on Sunday, he could come into the side to give Willian a deserved night off.
ST - Oliver Giroud
With Alvaro Morata now finding himself among the goals, Oliver Giroud will be out to impress in the Europa League.
