When did Chelsea clinch the title in previous campaigns?

Chelsea could potentially clinch the Premier League title tonight when they travel to the Hawthorns to face West Brom.

After Tottenham lost at the London Stadium to West Ham and the Blues eased past Middlesbrough on Monday night, Antonio Conte’s side are now just three points away from sealing the title in his first season in charge at Stamford Bridge.

The Friday night game is the earliest opportunity for the Blues to do so this season and if they are unable to do so, they will turn their attention to Monday night’s game at home to Watford.

It could be a brilliant first campaign in charge for the former Juventus coach who is on the cusp of a domestic double at Stamford Bridge, with the Blues preparing to face Arsenal in the final of the FA Cup.

As the Blues close in on another title, we look back at the games that have clinched the trophy for the club in previous seasons.
