Chelsea have been linked with replacements such as Mauricio Sarri, but Pochettino is another leading candidate.
The Argentine has been in charge at Tottenham since 2014 and has guided his side to consecutive top-three finishes and Champions League qualification for three seasons in a row.
Conte looks set to leave just year after winning the Premier League title in his first season in English football as the Blues failed to qualify for net season’s Champions League after they finished five points behind fourth places Liverpool
Chelsea finished fifth this season and if Pochettino was to make the switch to Stamford Bridge, he would be missing out on Champions League football next season.
Meanwhile, Spurs are moving into their new stadium for the 2018-19 campaign and appear to have established themselves as Champions League regulars.
However, Pochettino is reportedly unhappy about the lack of funds available to him when it comes to player recruitment, and that unhappiness could potentially see him angle for a move.
