Chelsea are prepared to meet Juventus’ demands for defender Daniele Rugani, according to new reports.
Rugani is believed to be high on potential future coach Maurizio Sarri’s list of targets, with the Italian coach a big fan of his.
Sarri worked with Rugani at Empoli, and he also frequently tried bringing him to Naples as head coach of the Partnenopei.

Now Football Italia, who cite CalcioNews24, claim that the Stamford bridge outfit are ready to pay the fee Juventus are demanding, believed to be around €35-40million.
The 23-year old Italy international is considered the future of the Azzurri team, along with Milan’s Alessio Romagnoli, and Chelsea would surely like to have him arm their backline.
Rugani is also believed to be open to a move, given that he has struggled for game time under Juve coach Max Allegri.
