Tottenham midfielder Victor Wanyama has hailed Eden Hazard as the toughest opponent he has come up against during his time in the Premier League.
The 26-year old Kenya international, who has been meeting prominent figures in Kenya during his off-season holiday time, described the Chelsea man as of the best players in the league.
Speaking in an interview with a local TV station, as quoted by Goal, Wanyama had this to say:
He’s really a good player. It’s not easy to take the ball away from him.
He’s quick and he always turns so quickly with the ball.
Hazard joins Blues teammate N’Golo Kanté in being held high in the former Celtic and Southampton man’s regards, with Wanyama also including the former Leicester engine man in his list of best midfielders in the Premier League.
