Lazio drop asking price for Chelsea target Milinkovic-Savic
Lazio are reportedly ready to drop their asking price of Chelsea target Sergej Milinkovic-Savic according to Corriere Dello Sport via InsideFutbol.
The Italian side have been asking for a high fee for the Serbian midfielder, who has been in high demand this Summer with multiple clubs including Chelsea and Manchester United interested in signing him.
However, Lazio are now prepared to lower their 150 million asking price for the midfielder, with the Italian now ready to accept a bid of €120 million for the Serbian.
This could be down in part to Juventus’ acquisition of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, with the Italian champions paying over £80 million to bring the Portuguese star to Turin.
It is as of yet unknown whether this reduction will help Lazio sell the player, with the Serbian midfielder destined for a move away from Rome this Summer.
Chelsea are firmly in the race for Milinkovic-Savic however and could be tempted to make an offer due to the reduction in price.
