Despite it having only been a month since the last transfer window slammed shut, speculation is already rife over what will happen in the next one.
The January window is still over two months away, but there are a number of players at Chelsea who will already have one eye on their exits.
Maurizio Sarri has arrived at the club from Napoli and caused some players to question their future at Stamford Bridge.
Here are five players who could leave the club in January…
Cesc Fabregas
One player who has already been linked with a January exit from Chelsea is Cesc Fabregas. AC Milan are reportedly interested in signing the Spanish midfielder, and he could be one of a few to leave.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Desperately needing game-time, Loftus-Cheek is likely to leave on loan if he is unable to break into Sarri’s first-team.
Gary Cahill
Struggling for minutes this season, Cahill is one who is almost certain to leave the club. He was linked with Aston Villa over the summer, but is likely to get better offers in the next window.
Danny Drinkwater
Chelsea flop Danny Drinkwater has been linked to a number of Premier League sides in recent months, with the likes of Leicester, West Ham and Southampton thought to be considering January moves.
Victor Moses
Sarri has arrived at Chelsea and shifted from a back-three to a back-four, with Victor Moses falling victim to this change.
Marcos Alonso has effortlessly switched from a left wing-back to a left-back, but Moses’ place on the right has been taken by Azpilicueta.
He could leave in January in search of regular minutes.
