Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in young Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The Bavarians have had a disappointing season so far, and are currently in third place in the Bundesliga behind Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach.
As well as focusing on Eintracht Frankfurt this weekend, Bayern are doing work behind the scenes to strengthen ahead of next season, according to Raphael Honigstein for ESPN.
Bayern have reportedly already begun to bring in new players, with deals for Lucas Hernández and Benjamin Pavard said to be close.
And with both Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben nearing the end of their respective careers at the Allianz Arena, Bayern are looking for new talent to help reinstate and continue their dominance over German football.
Chief among those transfer targets are Dortmund’s Christian Pulisic, Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz and Hudson-Odoi.
According to ESPN, Bayern are prepared to push hard to ensure they don’t miss out on 18-year old Hudson-Odoi, with the talented starlet said to be reluctant to sign a new deal with the Blues.
Bayern are targeting pace and youth in their new signings in the next few upcoming windows, and Hudson-Odoi would be a much cheaper option than RB Leipzig’s Timo Wener.
