Raul Jimenez handed Wolves the lead early in the second-half, as he bundled the ball in from 12-yards out.
Chelsea looked devoid of ideas and were struggling to break down Wolves’ defence, but Eden Hazard stepped up when Chelsea needed him and thumped the ball into the bottom corner from 25-yards in the final moments.
