Chelsea predicted XI: Eintracht Frankfurt (H)

Chelsea have the chance to make the Europa League final if they can get past Eintracht Frankfurt in the second leg of their semi-final clash.

The Blues drew 1-1 in the first-leg, meaning that a 0-0 draw would be enough to send the Blues to the final in Baku.

This game could be the last home game at Stamford Bridge for Eden Hazard, who looks increasingly like to move to Real Madrid this Summer.

Chelsea have already qualified for the UEFA Champions League, but will still want success in the Europa League, so this could be an important game for Maurizio Sarri’s side.

Chelsea last won the Europa League in 2013, a year after they had clinched the UEFA Champions League with victory over Bayern Munich.

Chelsea beat Benfica 2-1 in the 2013 final.

Here, we will predict Chelsea’s team for the semi-final win, with the Blues looking to clinch their first silverware of the season.
