Chelsea fans react to Jody Morris’ response to Jose Mourinho criticsm

Jody Morris has hit back at Jose Mourinho, after the former Chelsea boss said that he is “still worried” about Frank Lampard’s side going forward.

Morris, who with Frank Lampard has led the Blues to the top four in the Premier League, reacted to Mourinho’s comments on Twitter.

Twitter: Jose is still worried 😂😂😂 https://t.co/gsPJYyyXKe (@morriskid)

The Chelsea assistant boss also reacted to the comments on Instagram.

Twitter: Jody’s IG! 😂 https://t.co/7ClZbXL8y8 (@SiPhillipsSport)

Several Blues fans took to Twitter to voice their opinions on Morris’ reactions, with many being confused as to why he is publically putting this on social media.

Twitter: @CFCDaily This has so much potential to backfire. (@JC94CFC)

Twitter: @SiPhillipsSport Yikes!! This is kinda embarrassing tho (@hafsa__40)

Twitter: @SiPhillipsSport Jody is the man for the boys

Morris comments are unusual for a member of the backroom staff, but it at least shows that the Chelsea staff aren’t bothered by these comments.

The Blues have made a great start under Lampard, but will still get criticised due to the manager’s so-called inexperience.

However, if Chelsea are getting results, who really cares?
