These Chelsea fans react to club trolling Tottenham on Twitter

As we head into the final international break of the calendar year, Chelsea sit third in the Premier League on 26 points.

Frank Lampard’s side are only below Leicester on goal difference and are above last season’s champions Manchester City.

The club posted an update of the league table following the weekend’s fixtures, opting to show the top 14 – seemingly to highlight Tottenham’s position in the table.

Who doesn’t love seeing Tottenham down in the bottom half of the table? Chelsea are enjoying an excellent season so far, whilst Tottenham seem to be falling further and further – drawing to Sheffield United at the weekend.

Chelsea will now be hoping that they can keep up their own form and finish the season above their local rivals. Tottenham managed to get to the Champions League final and finish above Chelsea in the league last season, but the Blues could have the bragging rights again come the end of the campaign.
