Spurs fans react as Chelsea suffer defeat ahead of big clash

Plenty of Tottenham Hotspur fans have neem making themselves heard after Chelsea dropped more points in the race for Champions League football at Stamford Bridge last night.

The Blues were beaten 2-0 by Manchester United for the third time this season, and the fourth time in the clubs’ last six meetings, as their grip on a spot in the top four loosened further.

Anthony Martial and United captain Harry Maguire scored on either side of half-time as VAR ruled out two Chelsea goals, inflicting more pain on home turf for Frank Lampard.

Ahead of this weekend’s monumental clash against Tottenham, Chelsea now sit just one point above their London rivals in fourth.

And another defeat could spell even more trouble, with finishing the game-week dwelling in seventh-place now a real possibility for the Blues.

These Spurs fans are loving how the gap between their team and Chelsea has closed since Jose Mourinho’s arrival…

matchday.
